Clinical Documentation Training
Insurance companies regularly change criteria and expectations for providers. As contracted clinicians, it is our responsibility to ensure that we stay informed. Documentation is not only important, but required as part of our contracts. Knowing what needs to be included helps to reduce your risk of an audit or recoupment.
