Leanda M. Zupka, LCSW (she/her)
With over 17 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut, I have built my career on a foundation of clinical precision, ethical integrity, and meaningful, results-driven work.
My background in psychotherapy has allowed me to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and complex life transitions through structured, evidence-based care. Over time, my work has expanded beyond traditional therapy to reflect a broader understanding of what it takes not only to heal-but to function, perform, and live at a higher level.
In addition to my clinical training, I am a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. This dual expertise allows me to approach growth through a more comprehensive lens-integrating mental health, physical discipline, and lifestyle structure into the work I do.
My practice is intentionally designed to offer distinct, high-quality services that meet individuals and professionals at different points in their journey. Across all services, my approach remains consistent: structured, intentional, and tailored to the individual. Whether the goal is stabilization, growth, or professional refinement, the work is designed to be both practical and impactful.
